This project was completed in 6 months, from the customer's request to the finished product.
By reverse engineering, the pump, a BB5 model, running at a flow around 300 m3/h and a discharge pressure of 280 bars, was completely scanned in 3D and modeled on CAD. A CFD analysis was done to verify and ensure that the performance was respected. After more than 3,000 kg of machining, controls and assembly, the material is packaged and preserved in a pressurized container under nitrogen
